Choosing the right free zone
There are more than 40 free zones in the UAE, and they are not interchangeable. Each has its own list of permitted activities, its own visa quotas, its own office requirements and its own reputation with the banks. Picking on price alone is how a company ends up unable to add the visa it needs or open the account it expected.
We size up your activity, how many visas you need and who your customers are, then recommend the zone that fits, budget, mid-range or premium, and handle the licence, the establishment card and the visas end to end.
Ownership, tax and substance
A free-zone company is 100% foreign-owned; there is no local partner requirement. Under the UAE corporate tax regime a Qualifying Free Zone Person can benefit from a 0% rate on qualifying income and 9% on the rest, provided the substance and qualifying-activity conditions are met, which is exactly the kind of thing worth getting right from day one.
We keep your structure compliant from the start, so the tax position you expect is the tax position you get.
Banking and visas
A licence is only useful once you can bank and sponsor visas on it. We have opened more than 1,000 UAE bank accounts and work with named relationship managers at 10+ banks, so we prepare your file the way each bank actually wants to see it.
Free-zone packages range from zero-visa freelance permits to packages carrying six or more visas; we match the quota to your real hiring plan.
Free-zone rules, activities and tax treatment depend on the zone and your circumstances. We confirm the right structure for you before you commit; treat any figure here as a starting point, not a quote.
